Behavioral Health Evaluations

Nicolle conducts general behavioral health evaluations for individuals seeking treatment for depression, anxiety and major life challenges. All prospective patients, who are currently receiving psychiatric care, must commit to medication compliance while in treatment; this is not negotiable. In addition, patients must be able to contract for safety, in between therapy sessions, if you are having thoughts of self harm.

Crisis Intervention walk-in services are also available at 1101 S. Edgar St., Suite C, York, Pa. The hours of operation at this location are Monday to Thursday 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Friday 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. No appointments are necessary.

Court Ordered Behavioral Health Evaluations

Nicolle is willing to conduct court ordered behavioral health evaluations. If you are required to complete a court ordered evaluation, please be advised that unless it is communicated to TREMITIERE Trauma Recovery, LLC by the court system, the patient is responsible for the payment of the evaluation at the time of your appointment. We will need someone from the court to request this evaluation for you.

Coordination of Care with Physicians

In conducting any behavioral health or substance abuse evaluation, it is important that we communicate with your primary healthcare provider. Please have all of your current providers names, addresses and phone numbers available at your first appointment. Please include all prescriptions used within the last 12 months whether prescribed or not, including dosages.
