If you are a medical or behavioral health professional please secure releases of information "to and from" so that we may coordinate care with your patient.
An appropriate referral would be a patient who is:
- Stable in their recovery if there is a history of addiction (90 days)
- Stable on their medication
- Not actively suicidal/homicidal
- Willing to be evaluated
- Carries insurances that we are in network with
- Someone with whom you do not suspect has an untreated (significant) psychiatric disorder such as schizophrenia.
