***If you have Geisinger Health Plan I have had success billing them if you have an out of network benefit. (you are responsible for the published rate if they do not pay on your plan.)

Please make sure you contact your insurance provider to find out if you have a high deductible that is yet to be met. If you do, the cost of your appointment will be higher then the copay amount on your insurance card.
 

We can process your Health Savings Accounts (HSA) cards for your services with us.
 

We do not take Medical Assistance.

If you have a Highmark or Capital Blue Cross plan please check with them to see if I am an identified provider for your Medicare plan.
